Promoting Child Development and Learning
One of the first and most important things you learn when studying or working with children, is their individual needs, desires, and wants; their individual expressions, temperaments, and styles/habits. Each child has different influences, cultures, and characteristics influencing them and their everyday environment around them. Based upon and using this knowledge a childcare professional we are then able to build positive, supportive, healthy, and encouraging environment for the children.
