Observation, Documenting, and Assessing to Supp. Young Children and Families

Observation and assessment is one of the most important and used resources for a childcare professional. This is a tool designed for a program or instructor to be able to assess the development and/or growth of each individual child; As well as, the effectiveness of teachers, programs, or activities/strategies put into place. Partnerships between programs and individualized resources for families support the growth and development of each child.
