Using Developmentally Effective Approaches
Working with young children, you learn and understand the complexity behind learning and teaching. Different ages, temperaments, children all have different focal details important to the use of supportive interactions and positive relationships. Teachers and child care professionals understand and use different resources, tools, and array of knowledge or developmentally appropriate approaches and strategies to guide and lead each child in their development.
